I decided to turn my passion for HR and working with people into my job and a way of life. In 2005, I started my career in that sector by working in a multinational corporation. This path allowed me to get to know the environment of big and middle-sized companies and comprehend their organisational structures. Human capital management has a huge effect on the success of the work process and its main objective is to release employees' potential and allow them to grow in the right job position. Thanks to the experience I have gained and maintaining regular contacts with an international working environment, I know the needs of the today's market of the European Union. I help my clients to select the right staff in a comprehensive manner and advise on reducing employee turnover. I will accurately research the needs of any company and find the right solution. Together with the team, I look for perfect specialists who fit the given job profiles because a leader in the right place might turn the business reality around. My adventure with G-HR Group started while I was looking for an interesting and attractive job abroad. I was given an offer that best fit my expectations and skills, with the best salary.
